From your input to a useful output.
Build your supplier catalogue
Use one supplier/SKU record per flower. Enter whole stems per bunch, whole-bunch price, waste percentage and availability. Do not mix currencies or guess a supplier’s current price.
Write a stem recipe
Use positive integer design stems, labour cost, material allowance and your selling price. This is your own recipe, not an AI estimate from a photograph. Duplicate a recipe to adapt the design.
Plan an event and delivery
Set the event date, supplier delivery and required arrangement counts. Only events with the same delivery date can share a purchase plan. Other dates remain separate.
Allocate usable stock once
Design demand minus usable stems is the shortage. Add waste only to that shortage, round up to stems, then divide by stems per bunch and round whole bunches. Stock is a temporary allocation, not live reservation.
Send the right file
Supplier purchase PDF contains costs. Production cards hide those costs. The client estimate contains your selling prices and hides suppliers. The private workbook contains internal records: do not send it to clients. Back up before changing devices.
